Cancellation and Refund
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
Please note that cancellations have to be made within a maximum 24 hours of placing an order. Send us an email to email@example.com specifying the Order Number within 24 hours of placing your order. However, cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the order has been processed. For cancelling your order, a cancellation fee of 10% on the invoice value will be charged and the balance amount will be refunded. The customer agrees that the company’s decision is final in accepting or denying the cancellation request.
In the event that your order is cancelled or refused, you shall receive an email confirmation stating same. Additionally, if your order is refused or cancelled following payment, reimbursement will be done within 10 working days. Please note that sale of discounted items are non returnable and non refundable.
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account and click on the Cancel link under My Subscriptions section of your profile on the site. This will open a feedback form where you need to mention a cancellation reason. After submitting the form, your subscription will be cancelled. You will get an email confirmation once the subscription is cancelled.
REFUND OF MONEY
Once the order is cancelled, Grassroots Tea Corporation Private Limited will process the refund based on your choice mode of refund.
In this case, the money will be debited back to your account. This typically takes about 7-10 working days.
GENERAL CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Orders placed with Grassroots Tea Corporation Private Limited must be cancelled before the tea has been processed for dispatch or within 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, once the tea has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre, it will not be possible for us to cancel the order under any circumstances.
If you are not happy with the tea (or have received the wrong shipment)
Ensuring that our customers get only the highest quality teas is top priority for us at Grassroots Tea Corporation Private Limited! However, if you think we've messed up somewhere - with the quality or with quantity or contents of your order, all you need to do is reach out to our customer support by dropping an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll be glad to help you out with the best possible solution, including refunding your money back.
RETURN OF THE ORDER
We pride ourselves for bringing to you fresh tea directly from farmers. And tea, just like any other vegetable or fruit, is perishable. We consider returned goods, compromised in freshness. So Grassroots Tea Corporation Private Limited doesn't do returns.
Instead, please write to us at email@example.com or send us a WhatsApp message to the number mentioned on the packaging; we promise to do whatever we can to resolve the issue. In the end your satisfaction is what matters to us.
