To manufacture green tea, tea leaves are harvested manually from the Camellia sinensis plant and are then quickly steamed to prevent too much oxidation from occurring and then rolled and dried. When brewed, green tea is quite light in colour and only mildly astringent.
Small tea farmers pluck leaves from their own tea gardens and process them in factories owned by them.

How to prepare green tea:
Start with fresh cold water. (The better the water quality, the better the tea will taste.)
Place a green tea bag (2 g) in your chosen cup or mug.
Bring water to boil, remove from heat and pour over your tea bag.
Allow green tea to steep for two to three minutes.
